I've been wanting to get this shot for quite a while now and I'm glad I finally was able to get out there. This is a stitched pano that I took just in case the film doesn't turn out well. It's at the lab right now getting developed so I have my fingers crossed.

the tight crop (if a pano can be considered tight) really enhances the mystery and emotion. i'm almost angry at the photo for keeping so much hidden from view (such a tease). but i think without that it might lose some of that impact.
